We offer full refunds for any modification or cancellation requests submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
🔄 Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened
- It is in its original packaging
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

- Incorrect item received: Wrong size, color, style, or completely different item
- Defective product: Arrived damaged or broken

- Requests made after 30 days
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer ordered wrong size or color
- Customer-damaged items

📦 Return Process
To start a return:

- We will provide instructions and the return address
- Do not return items without authorization
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Refund Timeline
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
*Each order is eligible for one refund claim under our warranty policy.
Exchanges
We'll confirm your new item upon receiving your return. If the issue wasn’t our fault, we can offer a special discount for reordering.
📬 Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll resend your item or issue a full refund.
If marked as “delivered” but not received:
- Resend: Available with a resend fee
- Partial Refund: Based on item value and carrier policy
🔐 Insured Items
If your item is marked “delivered” but not received, we can offer:
- Reshipment or
- 70% refund of the order total
